The Walden Sportsmen’s Club has participated in New York State’s 480-a Forest Tax Law program since 1979 and continues to encourage the long-term management of woodlands to produce forest crops and thereby increase the likelihood of a more stable forest economy as described by the D.E.C. of New York State.
